SUMMER EBT CARDS

All students in the Nyssa School District are eligible for summer food benefits.  Each family with children in school will either receive an EBT card in the mail or have funds added to their current EBT card.  The amount will be $91 per child for use during June, July, August and before September 5, 2017.  The schedule for funding is as follows:

$21 available on June 10, 2017

$30 available on July 1, 2017

$35 available on August 1, 2017

All benefits must be used by September 5, 2017.

PARENTS:  Your students can access Learn that Word and iReady Math at home during the summer.  They can always be working on their vocabulary and math skills.  They all have a log in to both programs.

Welcome, Parents!

We welcome parent involvement at Nyssa Middle School. Research shows that students whose parents are involved in their education generally achieve higher grades, attend school more regularly, do their homework and exhibit more positive behaviors. Please visit the school office any time and stay in touch with your student's teachers and counselor.
