Please see the attached flyer for information on the date and times we will have Valley Family Medical Center at the Nyssa High School for any students 6th thru 12th grade who need updated physicals for this school year. All physicals can be uploaded directly from the student to Final Forms for sports registration, if you are unable to upload it you may bring it to the main office for assistance.
