We want to celebrate our amazing Nyssa High School BPA students who recently competed at Nationals in Orlando. Cadi Corn placed 2nd in Public Speaking and 3rd in Business Law. The Video Production Team, which included Tyler Young, Oscar Iniguez, Bryan Sanchez, and Mason Ballantyne, finished 4th in the nation. Ava Anderson placed 11th in Word Processing and earned a YouScience certification. Avi Long, Jazlyn Martinez, and Xavier Montes also had a great experience and made us proud. To be this successful at the national level is a great accomplishment for our students and school, and we’re proud of how well they represented Nyssa. Queremos celebrar a nuestros increíbles estudiantes de BPA de la Preparatoria de Nyssa que recientemente participaron en la competencia nacional en Orlando. Cadi Corn obtuvo el segundo lugar en Discursos Públicos y el tercer lugar en Leyes de Negocios. El equipo de Producción de Video, formado por Tyler Young, Oscar Iniguez, Bryan Sanchez y Mason Ballantyne, quedó en cuarto lugar a nivel nacional. Ava Anderson quedó en el lugar número 11 en Procesamiento de Palabras y recibió una certificación de YouScience. Avi Long, Jazlyn Martinez y Xavier Montes también tuvieron una gran experiencia y nos llenaron de orgullo. Tener este nivel de éxito a nivel nacional es un gran logro para nuestros estudiantes y nuestra escuela, y estamos muy orgullosos de cómo representaron a Nyssa.

Tomorrow is Opening Night of the Nyssa School District Art Show (5–7 PM)! Come see the amazing artwork created by our Middle and High School students. The art will be on display through May 15th! ¡Mañana es el show de arte del Distrito Escolar de Nyssa (5–7 PM)!
